The Rinehart School of Real Estate - The Rinehart School of Real Estate has been providing the SC Real Estate Pre-license Course for many years. Our instructors are all practicing real estate Brokers and have over 80 years of combined real estate experience. Successful completion of the course is a state requirement to qualify and sit for the SC Real Estate License Exam.
